Your vacation in our apartments will be simply perfect! The enviable location of our vacation home will allow you to have everything at your fingertips.
The ski slopes and ski lifts can be easily reached on foot, all the services and stores of La Villa are just around the corner, while several hiking trails pass directly on our doorstep. Our apartments are served by regular buses, which are convenient to reach the main villages like Brunico and Corvara and the bus stop is right next to our house. We also accept small-sized pets in our apartments.

Our house is located in a central and sunny position in the center of the village of La Villa in Alta Badia and has 3 apartments equipped with every comfort to make your stay in Val Badia in the Ladin Dolomites simply perfect. All apartments are provided with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, bed linen and towels and also have sunny private balconies. At guests' disposal there are three free parking spaces, a garage to store bicycles and gear, a cellar with shared washing machine. You can also store your boots and ski equipment in our heated cellar.

Conditions
The prices are indicated per person per day (full occupancy). During the main tourist season the apartments are rented only from Saturday till Saturday.
In any case, don't hesitate to request a personal offer that, whenever possible, would take into account your special requirements.
All prices include: VAT, water, heating, electricity, outdoor private parking, final cleaning, bed linen and towels with weekly change, ski room.
To the indicated prices will be added the local tourist tax of EUR 1.40 per person (over 14 years old) per day.
Reservation is considered binding only after the payment of the requested deposit.
In case of cancellation of the reservation, the deposit will not be refunded for any reason.
In case of late arrival, missed arrival or early departure, 100% of the agreed daily fee will be charged (until the end of the booked stay).
The apartments are available from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival until 9.30 am on the day of departure.
We recommend you to contact your insurance company and insure your journey against cancellation, early termination or late arrival.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.
Upon prior agreement, we can accept pets only in some of the apartments and provided that their owners undertake entire responsibility for any damage caused by their pets.
